Routenza is committed to making home maintenance management accessible to everyone. This statement describes our current accessibility status, what we support, what we are working to improve, and how to reach us with feedback.

Our Commitment

We believe that everyone — regardless of ability, age, or the assistive technology they use — should be able to manage their home effectively. Routenza is designed to be usable by as wide a range of people as possible.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for our website, and to the equivalent mobile accessibility standards (Apple iOS Accessibility and Android Accessibility) for our mobile application.

Some content in the Routenza app is provided by third-party services, including AI-generated text (OpenAI), images (Cloudinary), and Amazon product links. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content, but we strive to present it in the most accessible way possible within our own interface.
